What Is Virtual Reality?

When we talk about virtual reality or VR technology, most of us think of science fiction movies. However, the truth is, this technology is becoming integrated into our lives. But what exactly is virtual reality?
Virtual reality technology or VR (abbreviated Virtual Reality) means using technology to create simulated environments. This simulated environment makes the user feel like he is in a real environment. Basically, virtual reality is a computer environment with scenes and objects that look real.
The most recognizable component of virtual reality is the HMD (abbreviated Head Mounted Display). Humans are visual creatures, and the biggest difference between virtual reality systems and traditional user interfaces is the display technology. Virtual reality puts the user in a 3D experience.
